Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
XSular Tools ("we," "us," or "our") operates xsulartools.com. This policy explains what we collect — and what we deliberately do not collect — when you use our free online tools.
1. Data collection & tool inputs
We do not collect, store, or log the content you enter into our tools. Every utility on XSular Tools performs calculations purely client-side, directly in your web browser. Text, numbers, files, tokens, colors, and other inputs are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to our servers for tool functionality.
When you close the tab or navigate away, that input remains under your control on your device. We maintain no database of user tool content because we never receive it.
Exception — Currency Converter: This tool requests published exchange-rate data from a third-party API (exchangerate-api.com). Only currency codes and public rate tables are fetched; we do not transmit or store the amounts you type on our servers.
2. Information we may collect automatically
To operate and improve the site, we use limited, anonymized analytics that do not include your tool inputs:
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic metrics (such as page views and performance) hosted on our deployment platform. It does not receive what you type into tools.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized usage statistics (such as pages visited, general device/browser type, and approximate region) so we can understand which tools are helpful. GA4 is not used to collect tool input content.
3. Cookies
We may use essential and analytics-related cookies in connection with Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Advertising partners may also set cookies as described below. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Google AdSense & personalized advertising
We may display ads through Google AdSense to help keep XSular Tools free. AdSense and other third-party vendors are important for site funding and must be disclosed clearly:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also learn more about how Google uses data at Google's partner sites policy.
Ad cookies are controlled by Google and its partners. Where required by law, consent mechanisms may be presented before non-essential advertising cookies are used.
5. Third-party services summary
- Google AdSense — advertising; may use cookies for ad delivery and measurement.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized traffic analytics.
- Vercel Analytics — anonymized performance and usage metrics on Vercel-hosted infrastructure.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google's policies if you use ad or analytics features.
6. Your rights
Because we do not store tool input content, there is typically nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf regarding what you type into utilities. Where applicable law grants rights (such as under GDPR), you may contact us or use provider controls (for example, Google Ads Settings) for data processed by third parties.
7. Children's privacy
XSular Tools is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new tools, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
