Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2025
XSular Tools ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website xsulartools.com. We built this site around a simple principle: your data is yours. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we do and do not collect when you use our tools.
1. Data We Collect
None. Zero. Nothing.
Every tool on XSular Tools runs entirely inside your browser. Any text, numbers, colors, or files you enter are processed locally on your own device and are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers. We have no database of user content because we never receive it in the first place. When you close the tab, your data is gone.
2. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising profiles, or cross-site fingerprinting. The only analytics we run are essential, anonymous pageview counts through Google Analytics — recording that a page was visited, but never who visited it or what they typed into a tool. No personal data is attached to these measurements.
3. Third-Party Services
To keep XSular Tools free, we rely on a small number of third-party services:
- Google Analytics — used only for anonymous, aggregate pageview statistics so we can understand which tools are useful. It does not identify you personally.
- Google AdSense — may be used to display ads. AdSense can set its own cookies to measure ad performance and, depending on your region and settings, to show more relevant ads. These cookies are controlled by Google, and you can manage your ad personalization preferences through your Google Ad Settings.
4. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on your behalf. Even so, we respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar privacy laws: you have the right to access, rectify, and erase personal data, and to object to its processing. For any data held by our third-party providers (such as Google), you can exercise these rights directly through their respective privacy controls.
5. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how XSular Tools handles privacy, email us at contact@xsulartools.com.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new tools, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
